At Amanda Maclaren Yoga I work with my students to show them the many brilliant benefits of introducing yoga into their busy lives. With the ability to balance building strength alongside mobility, flexibility, balance and coordination, my classes are perfectly catered for all levels and abilities. I believe yoga is for every ONE and every BODY! I encompass a functional approach to practicing yoga and encourage you to explore how you feel in a pose, so you can work out how it best serves you. Our aim is to feel the pose in the target areas regardless of how the pose looks aesthetically in the end.

I hope you will enjoy the functional Hatha and creative Vinyasa style classes that I offer and hope to see you on the mat soon.

If you are a new student to Amanda Maclaren Yoga, you can try your first class for Half Price. Please follow the booking system and select the pass – 1st Time Class Half Price.
